These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at 8north.com (the "Site"), operated by 8 North ("North 8", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Israel.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site presents information about 8 North, a confidential peer community and program for CEOs of scaled companies. The Site is primarily informational and allows you to submit an enquiry or application.

Membership in 8 North is by introduction and is offered at our sole discretion. Nothing on the Site is an offer to grant membership. The terms of any membership, where granted, are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms in respect of the program itself.

The Site is intended for business professionals. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

When you submit an enquiry or application, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and you will keep it up to date.
• You submit it on your own behalf, or with authority to do so on behalf of the person or company named.
• We are under no obligation to respond to, progress or accept any application, and may decline at our discretion.

Information you submit is handled in confidence as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Use it in any way that breaches applicable law or these Terms, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems.

You retain ownership of the information and files you submit through the Site. By submitting them, you grant 8 North a limited right to use, store and process that content for the purpose of reviewing your enquiry and operating our Services, in line with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site, except where mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
